What happens after I sign up?

As soon as you finish signing up, you'll be redirected to a quick form where you'll let me know what project you want to focus on for the sprint. Then I’ll send personalized sprint intake homework with a link to schedule our 2-Hour VIP Session within 3 business days.

How much of the copywriting/design is done for me?

During our 2-Hour VIP Session, I'll be working on the project while you're working on it too. Whether that means copywriting, designing or setting things up. The exact deliverables will vary from project to project but it's a big part of the why the sprint intake homework includes a lot of questions about your brand voice and visuals.

Can I hire you as an OBM for ongoing sprints?

Yes! You can choose to just sign up for a single sprint or stack them 3 months at a time (renewable) to focus on multiple projects together. If you choose to sign up for 3 months, you'll lock in the beta pricing on an ongoing basis.

How does the Voxer coaching work?

There's nothing like support when you need it! When you drop a question into our Voxer chat, I'll respond within 2 business days.

Where do we manage the project during our sprint?

That's up to you! During the sprint intake homework, I'll ask questions about your project management preferences, build our agenda in a specific tool and then we'll manage the project for 3 weeks in that same place. Available options are: Clickup, Asana, UpCoach or Spreadsheet.

Is there a refund policy?

There are no refunds for this package. You can, however, change your focus project at any time with the time we have left.
